There are some very useful recommendations to prevent, control and prevent allergies which are described below:
- Install an air conditioner (both at home and in your car) and keep clean the filters often enough
- Install a humidifier which will help in the fight against pollen and mold.
- No smoking, snuff the smoke can worsen allergic responses in adults and children with allergic conditions.
- Avoid irritating odor, gas, paint, smoke and perfumes.
- Breastfeeding for at least six months if possible. this helps prevent allergy
