The Hug Therapy
The hug is able to make anyone feel better. It’s so good, built around an international movement to spread hugs and make everybody happy, The Hug Therapy.
“It is a therapeutic technique that involves physical contact, touch, to heal or cure some patients’ emotional state,” said the driver of The Hug Therapy in Mexico and psychotherapist, Omar Villalobos.
The Hug Therapy provides benefits not only the soul but the physical phenomena that can trigger a hug in the body.
“It is proven that when someone gives you a hug, you secret certain neurotransmitters: dopamine, oxytocin and endorphins and it makes you feel good, whether you detox, you have certain health benefits of physical and emotional,” he adds.
The therapy considers several types of embraces, such as bear, cheek or heart, but the important thing is creativity and intention that everyone will print.
“There is no right way to embrace, what matters is the intention. I can try you hand touch feeling a deep love for you through a glass in a prison, we are not playing and you can get to feel energy, or we can be on the street and we embrace typical friends and does not feel anything, “says Villalobos.
If you want to hug someone, there are bodily positions that generate a greater flow of energy and can create a magical moment, but the physical contact does not mean anything without the desired intention, of course, willingness of the other.
