How to use wild oregano oil
As we discussed before is important to be a wild marjoram Origanum vulgare variety. The most effective is in the form of essential oil (sold in health food shops and pharmacies). We watch that always specify the packaging is suitable for domestic consumption. Always take it diluted with a little olive oil or other vegetable oil and is best taken just before meals (taking after licking for about 30 seconds). We must never take it or apply it externally undiluted oil as it is very strong. Be careful not to touch, with oil, eyes, sores or genital areas as it may irritate a lot.
As always, the doctor or specialist is the one we will recommend the appropriate dose in our case.
Failure to find the essential oil of oregano will help us always taking wild oregano daily (check with the herbalist) at meals (two teaspoons a day) or as a tea (one teaspoon in a cup of boiling water) twice day.e
