Preparing them to be ingested into the human body must be precise instructions of those who have certain knowledge about them and the effects of different preparations.
But above all, it is an important point: never neglecting medical treatment prescribed by a medical professional, taking the herbal preparation as a replacement for it.
Nor should abuse the herbs to believe that the natural being can not cause damage or affect the normal functioning of the body.
Need to consult with anyone with knowledge on the subject and can give us an alternative and complementary treatment in a serious manner and without risk to health.
There are many ways herbs can be prepared to be used for medicinal purposes:
Compress: Soak a cloth or towel in a preparation of fresh herbs, and place it directly into the affected area.
Cooking: A tea with the roots, seeds, berries, bark or grass plant. Simmer the tea, but do not boil.
Essential Oils: the most common is that they are used in fragrance, or to make soaps, scented candles and to combine with other natural oils to be applied to the skin.
Boil: Place vinegar raw apple cider, rice or malt and let them sit for 15 or 20 days.
Infusion of leaves and flowers are the plant parts used on these occasions. To prepare, place the leaf, flower or plant part used for five minutes in hot water, not boiling, because this way the benefits of the herb are not destroyed.
Tea: a kind of tea that contains caffeine, theine and tannin. These are usually not recommended for people suffering from nerves and are very susceptible to these substances.
The tea contains no calories, so they are recommended for weight reduction diets.
