Recommendations Against the H1N1 Virus

Much has been made of what to do when contracting the H1N1 virus, but there are some tips to remember. The Center for Disease Control (CDC) in the U.S. has given tips to the idea of avoiding infections.
1. Do not despise the seasonal influenza vaccine
