Characteristics of Ginger
Rhizomatous perennial herbaceous plant, with large scale and with lanceolate leaves envainantes. Flowers irregular, greenish with purple lip, clustered in dense spikes. Fruit a capsule. Rhizome aromatic smell and spicy flavor characteristic.
