One of the most common allergies is hay fever and affects people during the pollen season.

What happens is that the immune system can not recognize these harmless agents such as pollen and dust and exaggerated reacts by producing antibodies. When these antibodies are stimulated by pollen, the nose begins to produce histamine, a chemical that results in itching, sneezing, burning and irritation of eyes and nasal discharge.

Therefore the most common treatment is to use pills and antihistamines such as loratadine diphenhydramine hydrochloride. But for those who do not like taking pills, here are a few tricks left home.

Tricks to relieve allergies:

To relieve swelling of the eyes apply cold compresses, cucumber slices or raw potato.

Catch the pollen before it enters the nose by applying a little Vaseline on the door of the nose when leaving.

Make your own saline solution by putting half a teaspoon of salt in 250ml of warm water. Apply it with a syringe in the nose.

If you are allergic to animals prevent your pet from your room and bathe once a week.

To suck the house without dust fouled the air, sprinkle damp tea leaves on the carpet and allow to dry. Vacuum as usual.
