What is Ayurveda?
The word Ayurveda means “science of long and happy life.” It is an art that is practiced in India for over 5000 years without interruption. Ayurveda is a medicine that live in concept and methodology is integrated with modern medicine complementing each other.
Accepts and promotes the observation and scientific research, which allows us to corroborate many of its principles and recommendations. It is effective in the prevention and cure of disease, preserving health and promoting longevity.

This is in harmony with cosmic rhythms of nature.
Ayurveda, as the constitution of each person, offers a comprehensive plan to maintain and / or restore the mind-body balance based on diet, physical activity, daily routines, mental harmony and spiritual development, adding support medicinal herbs and techniques of detoxification and rejuvenation.
