Oranges, Lemon, and Limau
Frequently eat fruits such as high vitamin C content of it. Just so you know the source of vitamin C is an antioxidant that will protect skin structures from free radical damage. Also vitamin C has major role to maintain collagen, so skin does not wrinkle easily.
Green Tea
All types of real tea contains EGCG (epigallocatechin-3-gallate), including the antioxidant group, but the highest abortion is green tea. EGCG reduces the inflammation of the skin caused by sunlight or acne. Also EGCG also will drive the stress hormone, cortisol.
Green Vegetables
Several types of green vegetables, like spinach or broccoli, contains vitamin A needed for skin cell regeneration. Without enough vitamin D our skin will become dry, scaly, and rough.
Sea Fish
Eating fish from the sea, like salmon, tuna, mackerel, and trout, will give a double benefit for skin; content of omega-3 fatty acids that are good for preventing premature aging, and high protein to repair damaged skin cells and improve enzymes and hormones, so skin looks radiant.
