Natural fruit juices and vegetables help prevent various diseases such as heart disease, hypertension, etc.

Ingredients:
- 1 cup grapefruit juice
- 1 / 2 cup of chopped watermelon, peeled, seeded

Preparation:
Wash and chop fruit. Grapefruit extract the game. Add in a blender, the chopped watermelon juice. Drain and immediately take a glass preferably in the morning.
