Dill is an herb known worldwide for its distinctive aroma and, to a lesser extent, for its many medicinal properties. This plant is native to India and Southeast Asia. The binomial name of this plant is Anethum graveolens, and is part of the family Apiaceae.

For digestive problems, drink 3 cups per day of this infusion. Dill seeds are also a very good deed for external use. It has a softening effect when applied on burns and boils. Seeds should be heated with oil (one tablespoon of seeds per pint of olive oil). Leave on low heat for an hour, and apply warm.
From Dill can also be a tincture to improve digestive function. To mix 200 cc of alcohol 60o and 40 gr. dill. Dissolve a teaspoon in a cup of tea or coffee and take before meals.
