The importance of breakfast in children
The breakfast is a meal that is unfortunately, in many children, often skipped or often too light. Yet when our children get up in the morning their bodies need to refuel to be in shape all day. A good breakfast is essential, in particular avoid the stroke of pump 10-11 hours resulting in fatigue, difficulty concentrating.

Lack of time or lack of appetite are often cited to justify the frugality or absence of the meal.
Some tips can help remedy this: prepare the table the night before so appetizing, to buy the child covered breakfast colorful and original, giving a juice fasting to open the appetite, varying the choice of food, plan a little extra time (get up 10 minutes earlier). This meal essential for children (as with adults) must be balanced and above all must meet the nutritional needs of the child.
It must contain a source of carbohydrates that will provide the energy needed to be fit until noon: bread, crackers, cereals … are welcome. It is of course possible to add the bread (or crackers) a little butter that will bring in more flavor, vitamin A (essential for proper growth).
A reasonable amount of jam, honey can be added to bread.
The croissants, madeleines and other pastries that kids love the products are very bold and very sweet times. They should not be consumed daily, but alternating with products of “basic” like bread or crackers.
A source of calcium is also essential for proper growth. As lunch and dinner, breakfast for the child must include a dairy product: milk, yogurt, cottage cheese, cream cheese …
The breakfast also serves to rehydrate the body. A drink, cold or hot, is essential to this title.
Finally, it should make full of vitamins with fruit or fruit juice nature (100% fruit).
A balanced breakfast allowing your child to be fit all morning and he can bring a lot more minerals (calcium, magnesium …) and vitamins (vitamin C, A, D …) essential for growth harmonious.
